Group Classes at Harvard!
I'm excited to be offering my Mindful Vinyasa classes again this semester at Harvard. You'll find the group schedule below (I am also teaching some weekly classes that are limited to athletic dept. staff and faculty--If you qualify, shoot me an email for details).
For those of you that have taken class with me before: If you find the class times too short or want more individual attention, please contact me for a private session. I love teaching one on one (or semi-private with a friend), because I can customize the session to your needs, and give you my full, undivided attention (more challenging when there are 20 other people in the room!).
Schedule:
Mondays 7:15-8:10am, Malkin Athletic Center (MAC)
Fridays 8:30-9:25am, MAC
While technically Mondays are Level I and Fridays are Level II, I invite students of all levels to join. I will always offer modifications, either to simplify or challenge. Just let me know before class if you have any special needs.
